The Kings & Queens Prom is a prom event designed for teens and adults ages 14 and older with special needs. At Liquid Church, it’s our privilege and passion to serve the special needs community - and we look forward to giving our guests the royal treatment at The Kings & Queens Prom!
Our VIP guests will enjoy a variety of activities, including a beauty bar and shoe-shining stations, karaoke, dinner, dancing, and more. Best of all, each of our honored guests will enjoy the 1-on-1 care of an assigned “buddy” as their host throughout the evening!
The same incredible prom experience hosted by Liquid Church will take place on two nights this June. Mark your calendars - Our first Kings & Queens Prom will take place on Friday, June 3rd at our Morris County Campus in Parsippany. Then, we’ll host the prom at our southern location on Friday, June 10th at our Mercer County Campus in Princeton.
Each prom will take place from 6:00-9:00pm. Addresses for each prom are listed below:

Liquid has extended invitations to a number of groups, organizations, and individuals in our region who have special needs or serve those with special needs. If you would like to invite someone to attend, please have them visit our website for details and to register: LiquidChurch.com/Prom.
Each guest will receive the royal treatment at The Kings & Queens Prom! The evening begins with a red carpet entrance and the introduction of a personal “buddy” who will attend to their every need throughout the event.
Guests can expect to enjoy a variety of activities, including dinner, dancing, karaoke, limo rides, hair and makeup touch-ups at our Beauty Bar or even a shoe shine at our shoe-shining stations!
Guest registration is required. You can secure your place by filling out the registration form on our website: LiquidChurch.com/Prom. Registration fills up fast, so don’t delay!
Our goal is to host 300 guests at our Morris County Campus in Parsippany and 125 guests at our Mercer County Campus in Princeton. We look forward to celebrating this incredible evening together!
After you drop your guest off at The Kings & Queens Prom, we encourage you to enjoy planning your own night out during the prom! See below a list of recommendations below to help you plan your evening:
- Things To Do Near Morris County Prom:
- Sheraton Hotel - The Sheraton Hotel is located less than a mile from the Liquid Broadcast Campus in Parsippany. The Hotel’s restaurant and bar includes a diverse menu with delicious fare.
- Downtown Denville - Just a 10 minute drive from the Liquid Broadcast Campus in Parsippany, Denville is home to the popular Denville Dairy ice cream shop. Among the town’s diverse restaurants you can choose from Irish pub fare, Italian, Chinese, vegan options and much more!
- Things To Do Near Mercer County Prom:
- Palmer Square Princeton - Just a short, 10 minute drive from Liquid Church’s Mercer County Campus, enjoy food and shopping in the popular Palmer Square area of downtown Princeton.
- Quaker Bridge Mall - Located just a 5 minute drive from Liquid’s Mercer County Campus, the Quaker Bridge Mall is a regional mall with a variety of shopping and dining options.

We have a variety of event roles to choose from - and we need a team of passionate volunteers to help make each of our proms a night to remember!

There are over 400 volunteer opportunities to serve our Morris County Prom location in Parsippany, and 200 at our Mercer County location in Princeton. Volunteer roles include paparazzi photographer, hair & make-up glam squad, shoe shining, parking attendants, and of course...guest buddy. The best way to experience volunteering at The Kings & Queens Prom is to serve as a buddy! Please note that volunteers must be High School age or older.
In 2022, we’re hosting 2 proms on 2 nights and in 2 locations - and we need YOU to join us to truly make these proms a success! We hope that you’ll be able to serve with us. The only way to attend The Kings & Queens Prom is by serving in a volunteer role.

The only requirement to serve at The Kings & Queens Prom is a DESIRE to support our guests with special needs! No prior experience working as a buddy is required. We will provide the information you need, as well as any applicable training.
